Дуже часто буває так, що поламалась якась частина техніки, ти знаходиш номер деталі або її назву, шукаєш в інтернеті — а далі або нічого не підходить, або взагалі тиша. Саме в таку ситуацію я потрапив, коли на моєму фронтальному навантажувачі китайського виробництва вийшов з ладу паливний насос. Офіційного представника в Україні нема, інформації по моделі — мінімум, і почалась ця «епопея» з дзвінками по десятках номерів. Хтось кидав трубку, хтось казав «не займаємось таким».

І от що сталося далі: мені відповіли буквально за годину, попросили деталі по моделі техніки, якісь номери з шильдика — все це я сфоткав і відправив. Через кілька годин (!) отримав підтвердження, що насос можна підібрати, і навіть дали кілька варіантів — новий, аналог, б/у в ідеальному стані. Звісно, я вибрав новий.
Замовлення оформили швидко, доставили навіть швидше, ніж обіцяли. Але головне — він підійшов ідеально. Без будь-яких колхозних рішень, без переробок — просто зняв старий, поставив новий і все запрацювало. Мені як людині, яка не дуже глибоко розуміється на механіці, було дуже важливо мати таку підтримку. Бо реально не відчував себе «один на один» з проблемою.
З того часу я ще не раз до них звертався — і по запчастини, і по сервіс. Якось навіть відправляв їм стартер на діагностику — повернули вже відремонтований з гарантією. Тобто ти не просто купуєш щось і про тебе забувають, а ти реально отримуєш комплексну допомогу. Це, мабуть, і є головна фішка ТД Технокомплект. Тому якщо комусь із вас потрібно не просто знайти запчастину, а розв'язати проблему — я знаю, куди вас направити.
